The 住房合同 is a legal agreement between you and Barnard ("Barnard" or "College") and contains important terms and 条件 about your rights and responsibilities while living in College housing. 本合同包含的条款规定，如果您未能履行您的义务，您将承担经济义务和/或其他责任和/或处罚. 请仔细阅读房屋合同.

1. 条款与条件

The Contract does not constitute a lease and is not subject to New York State landlord-tenant laws; it confers a limited and revocable license to occupy College housing. 根据合同规定，全球十大赌钱软件App可以撤销该许可.

2. 资格

3. 占用时间

Only residents with assignments for both the Fall and Spring semesters and in good financial and disciplinary standing with the College are permitted to leave personal belongings in their 房间 over 寒假.

6. 膳食计划要求

8. 不付款或拖欠帐户政策

Failure to pay such charges may be cause for refusal to permit registration or for such other action as may be determined appropriate by the College until sums owed are paid in full. The policy regarding the referral of delinquent accounts for collection also applies to dam年龄s and expenses. Any appeal of said charges must be submitted in writing by the resident within 14 days of the charge being posted to the resident's account.

9. 居民解除合同

Once the 住房合同 is signed and a housing assignment has been made or guaranteed to the student (whichever occurs first), 学生在经济上受合同的约束，直到学年结束. 居民无权解除他们的合同，因为他们被重新分配到另一个房间或因施工而不方便, 改造, 或维护. 10. 学院终止合约

学院, 由其全权决定, shall have the right to reassign a resident or cancel a Contract at any time when in the best 感兴趣 of the residential community, 包括为了安全, 订单, 健康, 尽量善用设施, or 灾难; or, 当一个居民:

  1. Ceases to be a full-time registered student at Barnard or Columbia due to voluntary or required withdrawal or failure to register by the first Friday of the Fall and/or Spring semester;

学院 may impose an interim suspension of a student's right to access housing pending disciplinary or judicial action.

Residents whose Contracts are terminated by the College may remain financially liable for the full academic year housing charge.

12. 辞职手续

Failure to return the vacated space to an acceptable condition shall result in cleaning and/or dam年龄 charges to the resident. Any personal items left by the resident after their deadline to vacate will be considered abandoned and shall be disposed of by the College and the resident shall be charged for any disposal costs.

学院 reserves the right to change the locks and/or not allow access to the resident's 房间 or residence hall in cases when a resident has not vacated by the required deadline.

Residents shall be responsible for all costs and direct or indirect dam年龄s suffered by the College in connection with a failure to check out and/or vacate by the 状态d deadline.

13. 责任限制

15. 适用法例及地点

16. 规章制度

Possession of prohibited items described in College 政策 may result in disciplinary action and may be confiscated and/or discarded.

18. 医疗权限

The resident agrees that the College is not liable for any costs or expenses associated with any medical care provided. The purpose of this Contract addendum is to make certain that all minor students and their parent/guardian have a clear understanding of the implications of having a minor live in housing at 全球十大赌钱软件App. It is important that all involved parties have a shared understanding of how the College views the presence of minors in the residence halls, 以及员工如何处理某些问题, 如果他们出现, 在这个成年人的环境中. 因此，该文件必须由RL签署和接收&H之前的未成年人将被允许在校园里移动.
